Similar sentiment has been expressed in Mississippi and Tennessee. And Wal-Mart says it's removing confederate flag items from its shelves.
BELLMONT, N.Y. (AP) — State police won't be specific about what they've recovered, but they say items in a hunting cabin may have been left by two killers who broke out of a New York prison on June 6. The items were sent to a lab for DNA and other testing. The cabin is at a remote site about 20 miles west of the prison. It came under focus after a hunter reported seeing a fleeing man.
