WASHINGTON (AP) — A Florida man who flew a gyrocopter and landed on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol last month is due back in federal court today. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia announced that a grand jury has indicted Douglas Hughes on charges that carry up to 9½ years in prison.
NEW YORK (AP) — The CEO of Lumber Liquidators has abruptly quit the company that is embroiled in an investigation over products imported from China containing the carcinogen formaldehyde. The company earlier this month said that it had suspended the sale of all laminate flooring made in China.
