TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Former U.S. Rep. Gabby Giffords and her husband Mark Kelly are the featured speakers Saturday at a graduation ceremony at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law.
The university says 183 law students will receive degrees.
A gunman shot Giffords in the head during a shooting rampage in Tucson in January 2011.
Six people were killed and 12 others were wounded in the attack.
Giffords resigned from office in 2012.
She and Kelly started a gun control advocacy group, Americans for Responsible Solutions.
