LAS VEGAS (AP) — A woman killed in a pre-dawn shooting at the door of a northeast Las Vegas apartment has been identified, and police say they're still looking for her assailant.

The Clark County coroner said Tuesday that 32-year-old Epri Nataye Cain died of multiple gunshot wounds at University Medical Center after the 3:45 a.m. Sunday shooting at an apartment near Nellis Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue.

Police say Cain was watching television with a family member when she answered a knock at the door and was shot several times through a security door.

Witnesses told police a man wearing a white shirt and tan shorts ran to a waiting car driven by another person.

The vehicle was described as a light-colored four-door sedan with tinted windows.
