RENO, Nev. (AP) — Nevada moved up a notch to No. 25 in this week's Collegiate Baseball poll.

The Mountain West Conference leaders beat Creighton in a pair of non-conference games at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha Friday and Saturday to improve to 40-12 overall. Sunday's game was canceled due to the weather.

Nevada takes a 21-6 league mark into its final regular season series with the first of three games against Air Force beginning Thursday at 6 p.m. in Reno.

The Wolf Pack already have clinched the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament they'll be hosting May 20-24 at Peccole Park. A sweep against Air Force would give them 43 wins, tying the school's single-season record set in 1992.
