ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (AP) — Gov. Pat McCrory is giving the graduation address at Elizabeth City State University in northeastern North Carolina.
The school announced that commencement ceremonies at the historically black university are set for Saturday at 9 a.m. inside Roebuck Stadium.
It's the 160th commencement at the university, which has about 1,800 students.
