WELLINGTON, Utah (AP) — The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a head-on collision that left two men dead near Wellington.

Troopers told KSL-TV (http://bit.ly/1zGXTWF ) the Thursday morning crash occurred when a Nissan sedan heading west on U.S. 6 crossed over to oncoming traffic and crashed into a Chevrolet HHR.

Troopers say before the crash, a call was made to emergency dispatch reporting the Nissan driver, 32-year-old Calvin J. Sutherland of Draper, for erratic driving on Interstate-70. Investigators say 51-year-old Michael J. Jensen of Wellington was the driver of the Chevrolet.
