CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow is among a delegation of eight U.S. state school superintendents traveling to China to discuss education issues.

The trip to Shanghai is set for next Tuesday through Thursday.
