SARATOGA, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Department of Health says Deseret Health Group will shut down its Saratoga nursing home.
Under federal rules, nursing home operators must give 60 days' notice of a closure.
The Saratoga facility is home to about 30 people and employs about 30 workers.
Deseret officials declined to comment.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://tinyurl.com/kal5m9n ) a Montana-based company is considering buying or leasing the facility.
Deseret said Monday it is closing its Rock Springs facility. About 60 people live there under the care of about 90 employees.
