PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) — Police in a Phoenix suburb say a man wanted for alleged sex offenses in Peoria has been arrested in Nevada.
Peoria police say 50-year-old Leroy Facio was arrested at a relative's home in Las Vegas by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Police say Facio faces seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and other sex-related offenses.
They say Facio is accused of victimized a 13-year-old girl when he lived in Peoria between 2014 and 2015.
At this time, police don't know if there are any other alleged victims.
Facio was booked Monday into the Clark County Jail in Nevada. He's being held without bond and awaiting extradition to Arizona.
It was unclear Tuesday if he has a lawyer yet.
