IJAMSVILLE, Md. (AP) — The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is investigating a sexually explicit video by a middle school and high school student.
The Frederick News-Post (http://bit.ly/1cgQEuu ) reports Windsor Knolls Middle School teachers and administrators heard students discussing an explicit video Thursday where the students reportedly appear. A Frederick County Public Schools spokesman says the middle school student recorded sex acts with the high school student on a personal device. The recording wasn't for distribution, but a group of the middle school student's friends jokingly discussed paying for the material.
The spokesman says administrators confiscated the device and confirmed the video.
The middle school student has been disciplined and the high school student is being investigated.
The sheriff's office says it is investigating whether charges will be brought against anyone.
