MENASHA, Wis. (AP) — The person who survived a shooting that left four others dead on a Wisconsin recreational trail bridge remains hospitalized in critical condition.

A hospital spokeswoman says the survivor is a woman in her 30s.

Police in Menasha say a gunman opened fire on the bridge last night in a random shooting. They say the shooter is among the four dead.

They're continuing to investigate the shooting.
