CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Casper College is holding a reception for Walter Nolte, who is retiring at the school's president at the end of June.
Nolte, who announced his retirement in August, has been president of the college since 2004 and will be replaced by Darren Divine.
Divine is the vice president for academic affairs and acting president of student affairs at the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. He will begin his new duties July 1.
Nolte's retirement reception will be held on campus Friday afternoon and is open to the public. Casper College is Wyoming's third-largest community college.
