PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Another Mormon missionary is changing his mind and signing to play football at Brigham Young.

Malosi Te'o of Hawaii signed a letter of intent with UNLV in 2006. He didn't enroll before leaving on his church mission to New York City.

Te'o's father says his son will attend BYU when he returns.

Ephraim Te'o says his son initiated the contact with BYU, which had to wait until the player had been on his mission for a year before speaking with him.

Earlier this week, Utah State quarterback Riley Nelson's family said the Logan native has decided to leave the Aggies for BYU in 2009 when he returns from a mission in Spain. Nelson played one season at Utah State.
