TOMAH, Wis. (AP) — Authorities in western Wisconsin say two people they want to question in a homicide case have been arrested in Tennessee and are being held on probation warrants.

Tomah (TOH'-mah) police say the two men are "persons of interest" in the stabbing death of Derek Magnuson. The 43-year-old victim was found dead in a room at the Econo Lodge March 11.

Investigators say a 26-year-old man and a 20-year-old man who is known to dress as a female were picked up in Millersville, Tennessee Sunday on probation warrants from Idaho. They are being held in the Robertson County Jail.

Police say the two men were passing through Tomah at the time Magnuson was killed.
