COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — In a story Feb. 14 about the Texas A&M Forest Service's 100th anniversary celebration, The Associated Press reported the wrong location for some events. The events are being held in College Station at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, not at the George W. Bush presidential center in Dallas.

A corrected version of the story is below:

Texas A&M Forest Service announces 100th anniversary events, including at Bush center in College Station

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — The Texas A&M Forest Service will be marking its 100th anniversary with help from the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in College Station.

Agency officials say an exhibit about the Forest Service opens March 16 and runs through Nov. 8.

It's called "History in the Making: Texas A&M Forest Service."

The agency will sponsor 100-tree giveaways and make commemorative tree presentations in all 254 Texas counties this year. There's also a new edition of the 1970 book "Famous Trees of Texas: Texas A&M Forest Service Centennial Edition."

The centennial celebration kicked off at the annual Texas A&M AgriLife Conference in early January. Further details on additional events were released Thursday.
