Today is national Girl Scout Cookie Day. To celebrate, girl scouts Amelia and Abigail showed us some delicious recipes you can make with your purchase of Girl Scout cookies. So instead of devouring yourself into a whole box, you can take the cookies and make a lot more.
RAH RAH PARTY WHEELS
1. Spread a 1/8 to 1/4 inch layer of frosting on the bottom of a Rah-Rah Raisins cookie.
2 - Place a second Rah-Rah cookie on top.
3. Roll edge of cookie wheel in the bowl of sprinkles.
4. Enjoy!
Optional: Beat together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla.
THIN MINT BROWNIES
Ingredients:
1/2 box of crushed Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies
1 box brownie mix
2 eggs (3 eggs for cake-like brownies)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Crush Thin Mints into medium size pieces
2. Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl. Do not use electric mixer.
3. Spread batter evenly in greased baking pan (13x9x2 inch)
4. Bake into center of oven at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow cool before cutting.
