COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Columbus Blue Jackets have placed left wing Jeremy Morin on injured reserve with an upper-body injury that will sideline him indefinitely.
Morin becomes the seventh Blue Jacket out with an injury, with goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, forwards Nathan Horton, Artem Anisimov, Brian Gibbons and Boone Jenner also on injured reserve along with defenseman Ryan Murray.
Morin has a goal and two assists and nine penalty minutes in 17 games with the Blue Jackets this season after being acquired from Chicago in a trade on Dec. 14.
