LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Clark County coroner is investigating the cause of death after a 3-year-old boy died at an economy hotel in Las Vegas.
Officer Laura Meltzer says paramedics summoned police about 5:15 a.m. Tuesday to a report of an unconscious child at the Budget Suites extended-stay motel on Rancho Drive near Carey Avenue.
The coroner identified the child as Kameron Watts of Las Vegas, and said a cause and manner of death weren't immediately determined.
Meltzer says police child abuse and neglect investigators didn't find any obvious signs of foul play.
