SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The Sacramento County Coroner's Office has released the identities of three of the four people killed in a fiery head-on collision last week.
A Buick LeSabre veered over the centerline of a road, collided head-on with a Subaru and burst into flames about 1:30 a.m. Friday in Fair Oaks, northeast of Sacramento. Three of the five people in the Buick burned to death.
The Sacramento Bee reports (http://bit.ly/1y1la41 ) that 24-year-old Daniel A. Figueroa, of Sacramento; 33-year-old Judy Guzman, of Sacramento; and 20-year-old Brianna Rodriguez, of Antelope, died. All of those killed rode in the Buick.
The coroner is waiting to notify family before naming the fourth victim. The 26-year-old driver of the Subaru and one other person were seriously injured.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
