Trauma center worker to give WVU commencement

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — The associate director for the Jon Michael Moore Trauma Center will be the featured commencement speaker at West Virginia University's graduation.

More than 1,700 West Virginia University students are expected to graduate on Friday.

Jennifer Knight will be the commencement speaker. She's also an associate professor of surgery.

WVU President Gordon Gee will give welcoming remarks. The event will be held at the WVU Coliseum.
