SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Travelers at the Salt Lake City International Airport can grab a snack, a magazine and now, a flu shot.
Intermountain Healthcare announced Thursday that it's offering the vaccines at an airport clinic. The seasonal walk-in facility provides the shots for $25 and is located in terminal 2 between concourses C and D.
Intermountain says the clinic gives people a convenient spot to get their shot during a busy time of year for travel and illnesses.
Authorities with the health care system say in a statement that flu shots are also offered in a handful of airports in cities like Chicago, Nashville, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
