MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Grizzlies center Marc Gasol has a bone bruise in his right knee and is questionable for Friday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs.

The Grizzlies announced the injury update Thursday.

Gasol hurt his knee Wednesday night in a 105-96 loss at Houston, and he wound up tying his season-low with eight points. He had an MRI exam on Thursday.

He is leading the Grizzlies scoring 19.4 points per game and averaging eight rebounds a game.

The Grizzlies have the second-best record in the NBA at 15-3.
