MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — An early admission program will make it easier for pre-dental students at West Virginia State University to make the transition to West Virginia University's School of Dentistry.

The universities announced the program on Monday in a news release. Two spots will be reserved in the entering dental class at WVU's School of Dentistry for West Virginia State students who meet the program's requirements.

West Virginia State will recruit students for the early admission program.

The School of Dentistry has similar agreements with West Liberty University and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
