Country rocker LUCINDA WILLIAMS is celebrating life through her upcoming album, after becoming engaged to a mystery man known only as TOM.
The singer/songwriter admits her happy news come after years of tragedy - ending with the death of her mother in 2004.
But her newfound joy has inspired her to pen new tunes including I'M IN LOVE WITH YOU and PLAN TO MARRY.
She says, "I'm engaged. His name is Tom - he's a big music guy... The theme (of the album) is, 'Love conquers all.'" (KL/RS/ZJS)
