NEW YORK (AP) — Dame Dorothy, owned by celebrity chef Bobby Flay, remained undefeated with a victory Sunday in $200,000 Turnback the Alarm Handicap, the closing day feature at Belmont Park.

A 3-year-old trained by Todd Pletcher, Dame Dorothy improved to 4 for 4 with the richest victory of her brief career. Dame Dorothy, the 7-2 third choice, grabbed the lead at the top of the lane and held off the late-charging Catch My Drift by a half-length in the stakes for fillies and mares. Javier Castellano was aboard for the 1 1/16 miles in 1:43.50 on the fast track.

Dame Dorothy paid $9.10, $5.80 and $4.40. Catch My Drift returned $7.70 and $4.90, and Toasting paid $6 to show.

The New York racing action shifts to Aqueduct on Wednesday.
