SALT LAKE CITY — Coming off its 24-21 win over then-No. 20 USC, the University of Utah moved up to No. 18 in the polls Sunday.

The Utes moved up one place in both The Associated Press Top 25 Poll and one spot in the Amway Coaches Poll.

Utah was jumped by LSU in both polls, who got a win over then-No 3 Ole Miss. The Tigers jumped six spots from last week's ranking in the Coaches Poll and is one of two teams in the top 20 with two losses.

Utah will face three more opponents ranked in both polls, including No. 15/14 Arizona State, No. 5/6 Oregon, and No. 14/15 Arizona. Other Pac-12 teams ranked this week include No. 25 UCLA in the Coaches Poll.

USC is the only Pac-12 team to drop from the rankings.

Mississippi State remains the No. 1 team in the country, with Florida State staying at No. 2. Alabama moved up to No. 3, Auburn to No. 4 and Michigan State to No. 5 in the Coaches Poll and Oregon to No. 5 in the AP Poll.
