WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (AP) — Authorities will decide whether charges are warranted against a teenager accused of plotting to shoot a classmate at Wisconsin Dells High School.

When police received that report Wednesday afternoon, students at the high school were moved to interior classrooms and anyone outside was told to come inside.
