RENO, Nev. (AP) — The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is expanding this weekend's "Prescription Drug Roundup" to Lake Tahoe.

The sheriff's office says Incline Village Community Hospital has agreed to participate in Saturday's roundup from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of a chance to rid their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.

The sheriff earlier announced a list of locations in Reno including Raleys, Smith's, Scolari's and Walgreens, as well as the Save Marts in Reno and Sparks, and the CVS on Sparks Boulevard in Sparks.

The service is free and anonymous with no questions asked.
