ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (AP) — The Milwaukee Bucks have taken Pittsburgh guard Lamar Patterson in the second round of the NBA draft.
It was Milwaukee's third pick in the round. Patterson was chosen with the 48th overall selection.
Patterson averaged 17.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists as a senior last season.
In the first round, Milwaukee added a potential franchise cornerstone by taking Duke forward Jabari Parker with the second overall pick.
The Bucks have new owners. They're looking to rebound from a franchise-worst 67-loss season.
