POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — A southeastern Idaho woman faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of a 47-year-old man who lived in northern Bannock County.

KPVI-TV reports 22-year-old Josephine B. The Boy was scheduled to make an initial court appearance Monday on the murder charge in the death of Martin Anderton. She also faces charges of robbery and burglary.

Anderton was found in his house in the Tyhee area after firefighters responded to a report of smoke coming from the house shortly before midnight on May 1. Anderton was taken to the hospital in Pocatello and then Salt Lake City, where he died on May 7.
