GARDEN CITY, Utah (AP) — The body of an apparent drowning victim has been pulled from the Bear Lake State Park marina in northeast Utah.

Utah State Park rangers say the body of 37-year-old Justin Petersen of Layton was recovered in about 15 feet of water Thursday night.

Rangers say Petersen was last seen on the marina dock Wednesday night, and it appears he fell from the dock after he left family.

His body was taken to the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office, and an investigation into his death continues.
