BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (WESH) — Two Florida men who recorded themselves harassing a mother manatee and her calf in Brevard County last year were sentenced in federal court on Wednesday.

Taylor Martin and Seth Stephenson, both 22, said they are the ones heard on the video yelling, "Jump, jump," and laughing before making the jump.

The duo received probation and a $3,000 fine for violation of the federal endangered species act. They must also write letters of apology and post them on social media.
