DALY CITY, Calif. (AP) — A San Francisco Bay Area teacher has been charged with molesting three students.
District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said Wednesday that 28-year-old Brian Butts of Danville had pleaded not guilty on Monday in San Mateo Superior Court to 10 felony counts of lewd acts with a child.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1rai2fm ) that Butts, a guest teacher at the MusicArt Studio in Daly City, touched the chests of three girls, a 15-year-old and two 13-year-olds, while the school's owner was abroad.
Butts, who was arrested Saturday, is being held in lieu of $1.5 million bail.
