WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) — Wheeling Jesuit University will award 418 degrees at its spring commencement exercises.
The ceremony is set for Saturday morning at the Alma Grace McDonough Center.
The keynote speaker is Patti Quigley, who became an activist for the welfare of young women and girls in Afghanistan after her husband was killed in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Quigley is executive director of Razia's Ray of Hope Foundation.
