Society Of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists Announces Elena

Reyes As New President

SAN FRANCISCO, April 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Society

of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS) today announced

Elena Reyes, C-RMA, RST, as its new president. SPSSCS is a nonprofit

organization dedicated to the promotion of education, enhancement of

clinical skills, and the delivery of safe quality skin care provided

to patients from the offices of plastic surgeons.

Her passion and commitment to the enhancement of educational skills in

the medical aesthetics field will further advance SPSSCS' mission to

promote and educate plastic surgical skin care professionals

worldwide," said outgoing president, Abbey Helton, BSN, RN, CPSN.

Reyes is a licensed Master Aesthetician with experience in medical

aesthetics, and holds an International CIDESCO Diploma. She has been

involved in the medical/surgical field for over 13 years as an Allied

Health Care Professional, Master Educator/Instructor in Esthetics and

holds two Associate of Applied Science Degrees, as a (C-RMA) Medical

Assistant and Registered Surgical Technologist. For the past 12 years,

she has worked with board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Christopher

Hauge, and Dr. James Hoyt as their Registered Medical Assistant and

Registered Surgical Technologist.

plastic surgical skin care. I look forward to working with our members

to expand this platform making it an even more accessible resource,"
