WASHINGTON (AP) — The Los Angeles Angels recalled left-hander Nick Maronde from Triple-A Salt Lake.
The move before Monday's game against the Washington Nationals came a day after the Angels optioned right-hander Josh Wall to Salt Lake.
Maronde was optioned to the minors on April 11, having allowed one run in three innings for the Angels this season.
