WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A 15-year-old girl who struck two other students with her vehicle at West Fargo High School was cited for having an obstructed view.
Police say the girl was pulling into a parking lot Tuesday morning when she struck two students who were walking from the parking lot to the school.
A 17-year-old boy who was hit refused medical treatment, but the 16-year-old boy walking with him suffered injuries to his face, chest and an arm and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police did not release his condition.
