Vice President Joe Biden said at an event that America will never stand down to terrorism and owns the finish line.

NEW YORK (AP) — Some advocacy groups are applauding the dismantling of a New York Police Department Unit that conducted surveillance on Muslims and their mosques, businesses and civic groups. Its initial voyage ended because it started searching atop a patch that was deeper than the sub's maximum operating depth of 15,000 feet.

She faces federal misdemeanor trespassing and violence against a person charges, which carry a maximum penalty of two years.

She also posted a photo of herself wearing what appears to be a hospital gown.
