SCHEDULE OF THE FIRST LADY

Highlights:

2 p.m. As part of her Joining Forces initiative, First Lady Michelle Obama will visit the Fisher House located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and participate in a pre-Easter celebration with military families and children. The Fisher House program "supports military families by welcoming them to stay at the House while their loved one is receiving specialized medical care". Following Mrs. Obamas visit to the Fisher House, she will visit with Wounded Warriors being cared for at the Medical Center. Media should RSVP to FirstLadyPress@who.eop.gov by Friday, April 11th at 12 PM ET. Mrs. Obamas visit with Wounded Warriors afterwards will be closed press.

10 a.m. COMMERCE DEPARTMENT — Releases business inventories for February.

NEW

11 a.m. CBO - 2015 BUDGET ANALYSIS RELEASED — CBO plans to release its updated 10-year baseline projections of federal spending, revenues, and budget deficits on Monday, April 14. The projections reflect new information obtained since The Budget and Economic Outlook: Fiscal Years 2014-2024 was issued in February and will be available on CBOs website. The CBO will release a separate document detailing its revised estimates of the budgetary effects of the insurance coverage provisions of the Affordable Care Act. (Those estimates are incorporated in the agencys new baseline projections; CBOs most recent projections of the effects of that legislation were released in February.) http://www.cbo.gov/publication/45239

SECRETARY OF STATE KERRY

Highlights:

3 p.m. Secretary of State John Kerry will join Vice President Joe Biden in delivering remarks at a FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour Ceremony. Pre-set time for cameras: 10:30 a.m. from the 23rd Street Entrance. Final access time for journalists and still photographers: 1:00 p.m. from the 23rd Street Entrance. Following the event, Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs Evan Ryan and Sports Envoy Jones will be available for interviews.

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY — The meeting will be hosted by the Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs, Charles H. Rivkin and Committee Chair Ted Kassinger. The ACIEP serves the U.S. Government in a solely advisory capacity, and provides advice concerning topics in international economic policy. The meeting will examine the "Post-2015 Development Agenda."
