Solomon Senior Fellow, will argue that people's worries about financial instability in China are exaggerated, in line with his widely cited interpretation of Chinas reform agenda. Dr. Angel Ubide, PIIE Senior Fellow (and Co-Director of Global Economics for the D.E. Shaw Group) will focus on what are the key risks that markets may be overlooking and should be hedging for, in part because of the expected impact of policy.
