OREM, Utah (AP) — Police say they've arrested two women accused of offering sex acts to undercover officers at their massage business.
Authorities say 55-year-old Annong Zhao and 46-year-old Hong Zhang were taken into custody Monday. They were booked into Utah County jail on suspicion of unlawful conduct under the Massage Therapy Practice Act.
Police reports say officers had received a tip that the business was offering more than massages, and undercover police set up an appointment there in late March.
The reports say the women touched the undercover officers sexually during the massages, which violates massage business codes.
Neighbors tell KSL men would arrive at the business late at night, and the employees were scantily dressed.
