We're finding new ways to make every day tasks a bit more exciting. A new smart-sprinkling system promises to remember the watering for you, a hill that takes you for a ride, and a theater inside an elevator.

The days of watering the garden yourself are over, thanks to this smart sprinkler. The Droplet will water whatever you tell it to, within a 30-foot radius. It will even access your home WiFi to research the amount of water a particular plant needs. The Droplet is also a great water-conservation tool for those in desert climates. It costs $300, but the developers say it can cut your lawn water consumption by 90 percent.

Say good bye to riding your bike up hills. Norway's CycloCable hopes to hit the world stage with their user assist device. Simply pull your bike up to a curb, place your foot on the metal step, and CycloCable takes you and your bike up a steep hill.

Elevator rides can be awkward. You never know if a conversation with strangers is needed, and it's hard to know exactly what to do with your eyes. Digigage's new interactive elevator experience may have all the answers. Elevators outfitted with long floor-to-top television displays treat riders to an under-the-sea adventure as they pass coral reefs and fish on their way up or down.
