HEALTH OVERHAUL-WISCONSIN

MARSHFIELD, Wis. — Deadlines to sign up under Barack Obama's health care law are expected to soon cause a rush of applications for Wisconsinites who have BadgerCare Plus or Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan, or HIRSP. That's because they face an earlier application deadline — March 15 — to avoid a coverage gap. UPCOMING: 310 words by 11 a.m.
