--------------------- THE DALAI LAMA — The Tibetan spiritual leader visits Capitol Hill.

10 a.m. House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) will host a bipartisan meeting with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet, Tenzin Gyatso. A photo opportunity and media spray will take place at the top of the meeting. Michael Grimm and Bill Cassidy have invited a group of bi-partisan lawmakers to a press conference to urge the Senate to quickly schedule a vote on the Grimm-Cassidy substitute amendment to the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act.
