LOGAN, Utah (AP) - Jarred Shaw scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Kyle Davis scored 11 and had 14 boards to lead Utah State past Wyoming 65-54 Wednesday night.
Spencer Butterfield added 12 points for the Aggies (17-13, 7-11 Mountain West Conference). Wyoming (17-13, 8-9 MWC) was paced by Josh Adams with 21 points and Nathan Sobey with 14.
Wyoming burst out of a 29-26 halftime lead on a fast-paced 7-2 run to open the second half, but two quick jumpers each by Shaw and Butterfield gave USU the lead back, 38-36, with 14:32 to play. The Aggies took a 58-50 lead with 3:18 to play when Preston Medlin hit a 3-point shot. USU then dropped in 7-of-8 free throws in the final two minutes as Wyoming fouled to gain possession.

The win ended the regular season for USU while the Cowboys finish against Colorado State on Saturday.
