PRETORIA, South Africa (AP) — The second day of Oscar Pistorius' murder trial was interrupted Tuesday when the prosecutor said an image of the witness testifying was being shown against a court order that guaranteed privacy for witnesses who request it.

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel interrupted Pistorius lawyer Barry Roux's cross-examination of university lecturer Michelle Burger less than 30 minutes into proceedings, saying he had been informed that Burger's image was being shown. It was not clear where her face was shown.

A court order last week allowed parts of the star athlete's trial to be broadcast on live TV but witnesses, like Burger, can decline being shown. An audio only feed of their testimony would then be broadcast.

Nel asked the court to look into it and court was adjourned and Burger left the room.
