INAWASHIRO, Japan (AP) — Olympic gold medalist Justine Dufour-Lapointe of Canada won a World Cup moguls event on Saturday.
Dufour-Lapointe earned her third World Cup victory of the season and the sixth of her career. Heather McPhie of the United States was second, while Maxime Dufour-Lapointe was third.
Japanese veteran Aiko Uemura, who was fourth at the Sochi Olympics, withdrew from the event due to injury.
Bradley Wilson of the United States earned his second career victory in the men's event. Canadians Marc-Antoine Gagnon and Olympic silver medalist Mikael Kingsbury were second and third.
Men's and women's dual mogul events will be held at the same venue on Sunday.
