Earnhardt Jr., Johnson to host Google hangout

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - NASCAR stars Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jimmie Johnson will be hanging out on Google.

The Hendrick Motorsports teammates will host a Google-plus hangout on Feb. 20 at 2 p.m., just hours before they drive in the Daytona 500 qualifying races.

Earnhardt, NASCAR's most popular drive, and Johnson, a six-time Sprint Cup champion, will answer fan questions and discuss the upcoming season. They also will showcase select new items from their 2014 merchandise and debut items exclusive to the hangout. The chat will give viewers the ability to purchase items via clickable links embedded next to the live video chat.

The hangout will be also be streamed live on JimmieJohnson.com, DaleJr.com and NASCAR.com. Four fans will be selected to join the hangout.
