Green had started 26 of San Antonio's first 29 games, but Marco Belinelli was a late switch in Thursday's lineup. Green didn't enter the game until 3:31 remained in the first quarter. He scored 11 of his 14 first-half points in the second.
Duncan finished the half with 13 points and six rebounds.
